Membership Terms
and Conditions:
- Eligibility and Enrollment:
- Clients may join the membership at any time. Enrollment is open year-round.
- A valid payment method must be provided for monthly billing.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Members may cancel their membership at any time with a 30-day written notice.
- To rejoin within the same calendar year after canceling, members must pay a $75 reactivation fee.
- Non-Transferability:
- The membership is non-transferable and is valid only for the registered member.
- Membership benefits cannot be shared with or transferred to other individual
- Billing and Payments:
- The monthly fee of $95 will be charged automatically on the same day each month based on the original enrollment date.
- In the event of a missed payment, membership benefits will be temporarily suspended until payment is made.
- Service Selection and Expiration:
- Members may select one service (Basic IV Drip or Facial) per month, which must be used within the billing month. Unused services do not roll over to the next month.
- Members must book services in advance, subject to availability.
- Discounted Services:
- Members enjoy a 10% discount on the services listed above. Discounts are applied at the time of payment for each service.
- Discounts apply only to regular-priced services and cannot be combined with other promotions or offer
- Modification of Membership Term
- The medspa reserves the right to modify membership benefits, fees, and term at any time with 30 days’ notice to members.
- Members will be notified of changes via email or other communication method
- Termination:
- The medspa reserves the right to terminate memberships for non-compliance with terms, misuse of benefits, or inappropriate conduct
- In the event of termination, all membership benefits will cease immediately
